PAN de PAIN Pancakes & Sweets (K11店) is a cozy spot nestled within the bustling K11 mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, offering a focused menu centered around fluffy soufflé pancakes and sweet treats. This café-style pancake restaurant attracts those in search of a light yet satisfying meal or an indulgent afternoon break amid shopping or sightseeing.

The interior is brightly lit and well-maintained, presenting a clean and relaxed atmosphere well suited for solo visits, casual catch-ups, or a quiet pause. Despite being inside a busy mall, the seating layout offers a calm enough setting to savor each dish without feeling rushed. The place appears popular during mid-afternoon and early evening hours when a steady flow of visitors seeks a sweet snack or all-day breakfast options.

Menu highlights focus on delicate soufflé pancakes like the Uji Matcha Soufflé and the Tiramisu Soufflé pancake, which stand out for their soft texture and interesting flavor twists such as mochi and pistachio cream toppings. The sweet-tooth will appreciate the Caramelised Banana Choco Parfait and Brûlée French Toast, while those leaning savory can explore options like the smoked salmon and avocado pancake or egg salad sandwich, which bring a satisfying balance to the lineup.

Visitors looking for a caffeine companion will find comforting choices like Hot Hojicha Latte, rich coffee, and English Breakfast Tea, enhancing the casual café vibe. Service tends to be attentive, supporting a relaxed and comfortable dining pace, although periods of higher foot traffic can lead to longer waits, reflecting popularity rather than inefficiency.

In terms of portion size, guests might notice servings skew towards the lighter side, a detail that favors those with smaller appetites or those sharing multiple items to sample a variety of tastes. Pricing leans towards the premium side, consistent with the specialty nature of the soufflé pancakes and the central location in a trendy shopping destination.

Overall, PAN de PAIN at K11 fits well into Tsim Sha Tsui’s lively food scene as a spot for pancake enthusiasts and casual diners drawn to refined, visually appealing sweet and savory treats. Its atmosphere invites a low-key pause from the mall's bustle, best enjoyed during quieter hours when the soft pancakes can be fully appreciated.

Fluffy and filling pancakes served in a well-maintained, brightly lit space. The soufflé pancakes were quite good, and I particularly enjoyed the savory one with smoked salmon and egg. The staff were also very attentive that afternoon.

The menu options are really mouth watering! Had a hard time deciding what to eat. Pretty much tried most of the available sweet pancakes and souffle. The waiting time is a little long but thankfully the food did not disappoint. A little bit pricey for the small portion too. Honorable mentions for Creme Brule pancake and Uji Matcha Souffle!

Happen to come across this shop and decided to give it a try. We order a savoury, salmon egg Benedict and a sweet, deluxe set pistachio chocolate. To our surprise it is pretty good. The soufflé is soft and nice, with the mochi on top the pistachio cream, it gives a whole new level to the palette. Really worth the wait.
